MMA Realty Capital is an approved Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriter and Servicer (DUS) mortgage lender that underwriters, funds and services mortgage loans on multifamily rental and senior housing properties nationwide. As a DUS Lender, MMA Realty Capital is responsible for all underwriting and credit review and can sell mortgages without their prior approval.
