Freddie Mac is an excellent source of financing for new construction, substantial rehabilitation or existing multifamily properties. The programs offer fixed or adjustable taxable or tax-exempt rate financing for affordable, market rate and senior housing.

Our affiliate company MMA Financial is a Freddie Mac Delegated Underwriter for affordable housing financings. MMA Financial is the fourth correspondent lender approved to participate in Freddie Mac’s initiative, which was launched in September 2004. This designation gives MMA Financial the ability to offer its clients expedited processing and increased flexibility when underwriting mortgages secured by properties with low-income housing tax credits.
