MRC’s investment management business has grown significantly over the years.  Our investor client relationships began with five public pension funds in the state of Michigan. Some of these relationships date back to the 1940's and the recent growth in the assets we manage on their behalf is a result of having consistently delivered solid, long-term results.

Over time, MRC has built strong investor relationships, particularly in the financial institution and institutional investor segments.  Now, total assets under management for our investment management business are over $2.9 billion, and the property classes we can offer our investor clients includes office buildings, retail, industrial, rental and for-sale housing, and hotels.

This benefits MRC’s borrower clients, as we offer them attractive products, such as whole loans - both construction and permanent, bridge loans, mezzanine investments and B-Notes, across all asset classes.
